“…Some patients who had large operable breast carcinomas can be downstaged after preoperative treatment so as to undergo breast conservative operation instead of mastectomy . Unfortunately, accurate assessment of tumor response after presurgical treatment remains a severe challenge since the existing medical examination techniques, such as magnetic resonance imaging or ultrasonography, still lack sufficient resolution .
