The purpose and scope of this guidance activity are to provide kindergarten teachers in Sukun District, Malang City, the knowledge and skills about designing and implementing early childhood integrated art innovation learning to improve the effectiveness and quality of children’s art learning process in kindergarten as part of their job. Guidance and training methods that will be used in this activity are 1) delivery of material and discussion about the development of early childhood art skills and early childhood integrated art innovation; 2) guidance and practice in groups to discuss innovation and designing one learning material package of early childhood integrated art including art, dance, music, and drama literature; 3) Demonstration and simulation to demonstrate the early childhood integrated art innovation learning activity as a part of art class in kindergarten; 4) discussion and evaluation to get feedback both about the process and results of guidance and practice activities. The results obtained are 1) Non-Physical results; from the evaluation of the final results, it can be concluded that 90% (out of 40 participants) have understood the knowledge and skills about making early childhood integrated art innovation to improve the effectiveness and quality of children’s art learning process in kindergarten as part of their job; 2) Physical Result; obtained by the participants from the guidance and training activities are products in the form of early childhood integrated art innovation learning types about various themes and titles. In general, this guidance and training activity is considered successful because, at the end of the activity, all participants have the knowledge and skills about designing and implementing early childhood integrated art innovation learning to improve the effectiveness and quality of children’s art learning process in kindergarten as part of their job.

The decision to study in a major is a big challenge among most students. They will consider the existing conditions or circumstances. If the circumstances or conditions seem not in accordance with what is expected, there will be doubts which result in the decision not to choose the expected study program. Although in making a decision to take education in a study program, a consideration is needed, however, students of the Management study program have not conducted an analysis of the study program they are taking. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. From the calculation, the t-count value is 19.794 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the first hypothesis which states "the reputation of the university affects the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted. From the calculation results, the t-count value is 0.887 with a significance level of 0.377 or sig> 0.05, thus the second hypothesis which states "tuition costs affect students' decisions to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is rejected. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the t-count value is 5.295 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the third hypothesis which states "lecture facilities affect the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted.

Ketupat merupakan produk budaya berbagai suku bangsa di dunia. Pembuatannya dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sejak dini yang memerlukan pengetahuan tentang bahan dan teknik pembuatan, internalisasi sosial-emosional dalam kerjasama, dan bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan kecerdasan jamak, yang terdiri dari kecerdasan kognitif, fisik motorik, sosial-emosional, dan bahasa sebagai akibat praktik pembuatan ketupat janur. Menggunakan metode inquiri dengan langkah-langkah tindakan: question, student engangement, cooperative interaction, performance evaluation, variety of resources. Jenis ketupat janur yang dipraktikkan yaitu ketupat nasi, dan ketupat sirikan. Dipilih 60 orang anak usia 5-6 tahun secara proporsional dari berbagai suku dan agama di Kota Mataram. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi dan catatan anecdote, dan metoda deskriptif kualitatif digunakan menganalisis data. Ditemukan praktik pembuatan ketupat janur dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan kognitif, sosial-emosional dan bahasa dengan kategori sangat baik. Mengoptimalkan pengembangan kecerdasan kognitif, sosial-emosional, dan kecerdasan bahasan anak dapat dilakukan menggunakan projek kegiatan yang melekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari seperti praktik pembuatan ketupat janur yang disesuaikan kebutuhan anak.
