The Cluster Compound In 4Ti1.5Mo0.5Mo14O26 Containing Mo14 Clusters and the New Mono-and Bi-Capped Trioctahedral Mo 15 and Mo16 Clusters: Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Electrical and Magnetic Properties. -Single crystals of the new title compound are prepared by solid state reaction of In2O3, TiO2, MoO3, and Mo (sealed Mo crucible, 1400 C, 96 h). The compound is characterized by single crystal XRD, electrical resistivity, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. In 4Ti1.5Mo0.5Mo14O26 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with Z = 4. In addition to Mo14 clusters, the crystal structure contains the first examples of monoand bicapped trioctahedral Mo 15 and Mo16 clusters. The compound exhibits semimetallic behavior. -(GALL, P.; GUIZOUARN, T.; GOUGEON*, P.; J. Solid State Chem. 227 (2015) 98-103, http://dx.
