The Asthma Therapy Assessment Questionnaire (ATAQ) for Children and Adolescents

Abstract: The Asthma Therapy Assessment Questionnaire (ATAQ) for children and adolescents was developed to assist clinicians and health plans to identify children at risk for adverse outcomes of asthma.
