Abstract: Background Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a deadly and commonly diagnosed cancer. Cell‐free circulating tumor DNAs (ctDNA) have been used in the diagnosis and treatment of CRC, but there are open questions about the relationship between ctDNAs and CRC.
