Likewise, a recent study by López-Soler and colleagues [ 50 ] considered five types of abuse (physical and psychological maltreatment suffered by the mother, physical and emotional neglect, physical and psychological maltreatment suffered by the child) in a sample of 189 children aged between 6 and 17 years exposed to IPV, who had been referred for psychological treatment.
