Одним из новых методов физиотерапевтического лечения является использование импульсного низкочастотного электростатического поля, действие которого основано на применении глубокой резонансной вибрации на соответствующем участке ткани при минимальном механическом воздействии. Под влиянием электростатического поля в зоне воздействия подлежащие ткани подтягиваются и опускаются, что приводит к их вибрации за счет чередования импульсов и интервалов между ними. Это способствует повышению эластичности и мобилизации отдельных слоев тканей, а также развитию и улучшению тканевого кровотока и кровоснабжения. В последние годы в литературе значительное внимание уделяется изучению возможности применения импульсного низкочастотного электростатического поля при различных заболеваниях, в том числе у детей, как в качестве монотерапии, так и при сочетанном использовании. Установлено положительное влияние импульсного низкочастотного электростатического поля на течение бронхиальной астмы, муковисцидоза, сколиоза I и II степени у детей, ремиттирующего рассеянного склероза у подростков. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности метода, его хорошей переносимости и возможности влияния на основные патогенетические звенья заболеваний, что создает предпосылки для дальнейшего активного внедрения метода в практику детских медицинских организаций.
