The aim of this article is to investigate the role of web 2.0 tools and social media applications in the relationship between undergraduate students and university lecturers. The researchers used the quantitative approach to design the methodology of the research. The sample of the study was 85 students from the departments of (Social Sciences, Arabic Language, and English Language) in the second year, third year, and fourth year at the college of basic education at the University of Halabja for the academic year 2020-2021. The questionnaire was used to collect the data from the participants. The result of the study demonstrated that there was a significant influence on the relationship between the students and the lecturers in using social media applications. Students showed that they use social media every day and it has a positive impact on their interaction with the lecturers.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived future employability on future anxiety of undergraduate and associate degree students studying healthcare management in Turkish universities. In addition, whether there is a difference between students’ perceived future employability and future anxiety levels in the context of demographic variables was also investigated. As a result of the findings, it was determined that perceived future employability has a negative and statistically significant but low effect on future anxiety. The effect of the sub-dimensions of the perceived future employability scale on future anxiety was also examined, and it was found that the dimensions of perceived future communication network, expected reputation of the educational institution and perceived future skills predicted future anxiety negatively and statistically significantly. In the context of demographic variables, a statistically significant difference was found only in the gender variable. Future anxiety of women is higher than that of men. Within the framework of these results, it is possible to say that the perceived future employability levels of undergraduate and associate degree students studying healthcare management in Turkish universities are high, and most of their future concerns are shaped by different factors.

Assessing the Psychological Adaptation of Kindergarten Teachers in Halabja Province

This research investigates the realm of psychological adaptation, a critical aspect of the human experience that profoundly influences our daily lives, especially as we navigate the complexities of work and existence. Employing a descriptive methodology and quantitative techniques, data was collected from 166 kindergarten teachers in Halabja province, Kurdistan, Iraq, comprising both private and public educational institutions. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for data analysis, deploying a T-Test to scrutinize disparities in average scores between two groups and a One-way ANOVA for comparisons across multiple groups. The findings reveal that there are no statistically significant gender differences in the mental adaptation of kindergarten teachers in Halabja Province. However, a marginally significant mean difference (3.688, p = 0.058) is noted between the 20 - 29 and 30 - 39 age groups, suggesting a potential trend in mental adaptation levels among these age categories. In contrast, no statistically significant differences emerged in the comparisons involving the 50 - 59 age group. The data accentuates the significance of age disparities in mental adaptation among kindergarten teachers, particularly underscoring the contrast between the 40 - 49 age group and the 20 - 29 age group, emphasizing age as a crucial factor affecting mental adaptation levels.
