Abstract:SummaryProton spectra from the 12C(y, po)l1B reaction have been obtained at angles of 30°, 50°, 70°, 90°, 110°, 130°, and 150° using semiconductor detector telescopes. From these spectra the angular distribution of the 12C(y, po)l1B reaction has been determined every 250 ke V throughout the excitation energy region between 20 and 27 MeV. The observed energy dependence of the angular distribution is compared with that expected from the collective correlations model description of 12C.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
