Fishing ports are associated with environmental issues such as waste disposal into waters and land, air pollution, and noise. One effort to minimize polluted waste is the existence of a Waste Water Treatment Plant. Wastewater Treatment Plants are one of the functional facilities at fishing ports based on the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Regulation No. 08/MEN/2012 Concerning Fisheries Ports. This research aims to identify liquid waste management at the Belawan Ocean Fishing Port, analyze the quality of liquid waste from fishing activities at the Belawan Ocean Fishing Port, analyze the capacity planning of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and stakeholder interaction patterns in waste handling, and develop a liquid waste management strategy at the Belawan OFP. The study conducted a direct survey in Belawan by interviewing the community, fishermen, and Belawan OFP staff and taking water samples for water quality data tested in the laboratory. The research results show that water pollution in the Belawan OFP comes from industry, residential areas, fisheries, and transportation. Laboratory analysis indicates that Total Suspended Solids and ammonia exceed quality standards caused by residential waste and the disposal of dead fish. The strategy for developing liquid waste management at Belawan OFP directs economic aspects as the main priority.

Pertumbuhan Ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator penting untuk melihat keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi pada suatu negara atau daerah. Suatu perekonomian dikatakan mengalami pertumbuhan ekonomi jika jumlah produksi barang dan jasanya meningkat dan produk domestik regional bruto merupakan salah satu indikator penting untuk mengetahui kondisi ekonomi di suatu daerah dalam suatu periode tertentu baik atas dasar harga berlaku maupun atas dasar harga konstan. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data time series periode tahun 2009-2018. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel PAD dan belanja modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pada variabel belanja modal hasil uji secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.Economic growth is one important indicator to see the success of economic development in a country or region. An economy is said to experience economic growth if the amount of production of goods and services increases and the gross regional domestic product is one of the essential indicators to determine the economic conditions in a region in a given period both based on current prices and constantly. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of regional own-source revenue (PAD) and capital expenditure on economic growth. The data used in this study is Time Series data (time series) for the years 2009-2018. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis to see how much influence the region's original income and capital expenditure on economic growth in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The results showed that simultaneous variables of PAD and capital expenditure had a significant positive effect on economic growth. The test results partially local revenue variables have a significant positive impact on economic growth. On the capital expenditure variable, the test results partly have no significant effect on economic growth.

Indonesia is an archipelago that has a wealth of marine fish resources, and the country with the second-longest coastline in the world. The improvement witnessed in the economy of Indonesia in recent years, is as a result of the growth experienced in various sectors, among which is the fisheries and marine. To overcome this problem, a portable conveyor system of moving equipment for fishermen’s catches was designed. It can be placed at the dock or port where the fishermen are anchored and unloading the fishermen’s catches from the sea. It designed to have the ability to move up and down in the moving frame, making this conveyor system can be used both in high tides and low tides of seawater level conditions. The advantage of this portable conveyor system is could be done continuously with a little human power. Other than that, from the results of the calculations, known that with increasing motor rotation, the required traveling time will only become shorter. The resulting conveyor capacity shows an increase. Also, it can use drive motors that are available on the market with a power capacity of 0.37 kW. Therefore, the process of this portable conveyor system can be more efficient.
