In order to improve the operation effect of farmer cooperatives, this paper combines the intelligent data sampling technology to analyze the ecological circle operation mode of farmer cooperatives. Moreover, this paper strives to promote the ecosphere business model, accelerate regional development, build agricultural pastoral complex projects and in-depth study TI-ADC modeling, error estimation, mismatch compensation, and other technologies, and carry out engineering realization. In addition, this paper uses technology to analyze intelligent data and builds a system structure based on the actual needs of the farmer cooperative ecosphere management. Finally, this paper analyzes the structure and flow of the data processing layer. The test results show that the ecosystem business model of farmer cooperatives based on intelligent data sampling technology proposed in this paper has good results.

In order to improve the effect of agricultural economic risk forecast, this paper studies the agricultural economic risk forecast combined with data mining technology and builds an intelligent agricultural economic risk forecast system. Moreover, this paper employs a dynamic factor model to estimate common factors that drive changes in target topics. In order to construct a sentiment index that can reflect the overall operating situation of the macroeconomy, this paper improves the agricultural economic risk mining algorithm and standardizes the sentiment value corresponding to the target theme. In addition, this article analyzes the sentiment changes of its individual topics one by one in combination with the specific economic environment. The simulation study shows that the agricultural economic risk forecast system based on data mining technology proposed in this paper has a good effect.

In order to improve the collaborative development effect of new rural production and living civilization construction, this article studies the collaborative development of rural production and living civilization construction combined with intelligent data processing algorithms and builds a model from the perspective of green transformation and development. In order to find as many and evenly distributed points as possible on the Pareto interface, a coevolution operator is designed in this article. The Pareto solutions of the two populations exchange information through the action of the co-occurrence operator and the absorption operator, so that the algorithm can find more and better noninferior solutions. The research shows that the collaborative development model of new rural production and living civilization construction has a certain effect, and it has a certain role in promoting the collaborative development of new rural production and living civilization construction.
