Abstract:The 33 MeV 86Sr(3He, 3n?) reaction has been used to re-measure the level structure of the N=46 nucleus 86Zr. The lowest 8 + level is found at 3,297.5 keV, consistent with some but not all earlier studies. On the basis of spectroscopic measurements and datato-data comparisons with other N=46 nuclei, the 3,531.8 keV level is also suggested as an 8 .Nuclear Reactions: 86Zr(3He, 3n7), 33 MeV, measured ?-7 coin., Iv (O , t). Deduced levels, J, =.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
