Abstract: Thai Thai Smile is Thailands Newest Low Cost Airline Launched in 2012. The demand for low-cost airlines in the Thailand has also needs more and growing fast. This research studies about Thai consumers satisfaction after receiving services from Thailand's newest low cost airline.
