TFEB inhibition induces melanoma shut-down by blocking the cell cycle and rewiring metabolism

Abstract: Melanomas are characterised by accelerated cell proliferation and metabolic reprogramming resulting from the contemporary dysregulation of the MAPK pathway, glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle.
