“…Moreover the intensities of the vibration bands of the -OH groups at 3527 and 3617 cm -1 have also significantly increased [183,184]. On the GM spectrum, the bands at 1618 and 1551 cm -1 were observed and were assigned to the stretching of amide Ι, and C=O, at ring A and ring C [185,186], respectively. On the IR spectrum of TC-activated carbon, it was noticed the vibration bands at 1137, 1441, 1638 and 3420 cm -1 , were assigned to the stretching vibrations C-O-C (1137 cm -1 ), C-N (1441 cm -1 ), C=O (1638 cm -1 ) and O-H (3420 cm -1 ).…”

“…At greater than 47.746 μg/mL of leftover tetracycline, the appearance of the yellow hue can be seen using human eyes, and it may be further clarified by LED light. Compared with the observation made by spectrophotometer UV–Vis, the design of strength of normality and percent of reagent were appropriate for the test with linearity at R 2 closed to 1.00 with CV precision ≤5% [ 34 , 37 , 38 ]. The highest percentage of CV was found in the smallest concentration, which can be explained that smaller concentrations produced bigger variability.…”

“…These nanomaterials act as biocatalysts and adsorbents, contributing to the removal of toxic compounds such as heavy metals, hazardous dyes, pesticides, and pharmaceutical pollutants from water [126][127][128]. However, only a few studies analyzed its application and performance in the removal of antibiotics from water [102,103,129]. Biogenic platinum and palladium NPs synthesized from Desulfovibrio vulgaris bacteria allowed the remotion of ciprofloxacin and sulfamethoxazole [129].…”

“…However, the reusability of Bio-platinum NPs was only ensured for three cycles. Another study that used bimetallic nZVI-Cu NPs synthesized from pomegranate rind extract showed a reduction of 72% of tetracycline [103]. Furthermore, bentonite addition enhanced NPs stability, allowing the removal of 95% of tetracycline, but, like Bio-platinum NPs, presented low reusability.…”
