Terahertz Measurements of Rotational Transitions in Vibrationally Excited States of OCS

Abstract: Saupe et al. (8) seem to be significant, although the effect on the calibration wavenumbers of Maki and Wells is to make only minor changes in the line positions, always within the uncertainties given in Ref.(1).
