Tenofovir DF/emtricitabine and efavirenz combination therapy for HIV infection in patients treated for tuberculosis: the ANRS 129 BKVIR trial

Abstract: These results support the use of tenofovir DF/emtricitabine and efavirenz combination therapy for HIV infection in patients with TB.

“…We next studied whether the baseline concentration of the IL-7, sCD25, and IP-10 markers were associated with the subsequent occurrence of TB-IRIS.
