Tenant Satisfaction in Public Housing and its Relationship with Rent Arrears: Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

Abstract: -Rent is a form of revenue obtained by public housing management that is used towards the management and maintenance of public housing. Without rent collection, there is no revenue. It is therefore critical that research on rent arrears be undertaken to understand the extent of the problem.
