Temporoparietal Fascia Free Flap for a Large Nasal Septal Perforation

Abstract: Reconstruction of large nasal septal perforations can be a considerable challenge for surgeons. Reconstructive modalities are often determined by the size of the defect and the quality of local tissue and vasculature.
