Temporal variation in lymphocyte proteomics

Abstract: Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is a slow progressing disease, characterized by a long asymptomatic stage followed by a symptomatic stage during which patients receive treatment. While proteomic studies have discovered differential pathways in CLL, the proteomic evolution of CLL during the asymptomatic stage has not been studied.
