Temperature dependence of the aging effect of permittivity in Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3 and BaTiO3 single crystals

Abstract: The temperature dependence of the aging effect of permittivity in the paraelectric phase of 95.5%Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–4.5%PbTiO3 (PZN–4.5%PT) and BaTiO3 (BT) single crystals has been investigated. The time dependence of the real part of permittivity at constant temperatures has been found in the paraelectric phase not only in the relaxor ferroelectric PZN–4.5%PT, but also in the typical oxide ferroelectric BT.
