et al.

Abstract: Temperature–field phase diagrams in the [001]c and [011]c directions in the cubic coordinate in 24%Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3–46%Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–30%PbTiO3 (24PIN–46PMN–30PT) and 31PIN–43PMN–26PT near the morphotropic phase boundary have been clarified by measuring the temperature dependences of permittivity under an electric field. Field-induced intermediate orthorhombic and tetragonal phases have been newly found in 24PIN–46PMN–30PT and 31PIN–43PMN–26PT, respectively. The temperature dependences of the remanent polari… Show more

“…Note that CEPs shown in solid circles are strictly reproduced. Using the Clausius-Clapeyron equation, 38,39) we determined the slopes of the phase boundaries at E = 0 to be 0.663 and 0.674 kV cm -1 °C-1 in KLNT-71% and KLNT-74%, respectively. The transition temperature at E = 0 is derived as T c = 3β 2 /16γa + T 0 .…”
