Temperature and Exposure Time Impact on the Extraction of Opuntia ficus-indica and Opuntia dillenii Cladodes on % Yield as a Response: Screening using Design Expert Software

Abstract: Objectives: The main aim of the present work is to screen the effect of temperature and exposure time (ET) on the extraction of Opuntia ficus-indica and Opuntia dillenii cladodes. Material and Methods: The literature revealed that few attempts were made on the cladodes and other parts of the plants for extracting constituents from them.
