Temperatura e tempo de frio para a superação da dormência de gemas de videiras ‘Chardonnay’, ‘Merlot’ e ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’

Abstract: A videira apresenta um período de dormência no outono/inverno, superado pelo acúmulo de horas de frio (HF) ≤7,2ºC, temperatura genérica para frutíferas temperadas. Este trabalho objetivou avaliar a eficiência de diferentes temperaturas e tempos de frio para a superação da dormência de gemas de videiras.
