“…Sin duda, creemos que la solicitud de citas vía telefónica y virtual son herramientas clave para resolver los problemas de salud del futuro, pero se necesita más investigación para identificar las diferentes áreas donde la no presencialidad ofrece ventajas claras y, sobre todo, para dirigir esta transformación digital a la necesidad en relación a la salud, porque la digitalización de la salud no es el fin, sino una solución para mejorar los procesos (25,42) .
