Technological Background as a Threat to Russia’s National Sovereignty

Abstract

The relevance of this article is due to the strategic need to preserve the economic and political subjectivity of Russia on the basis of a technological breakthrough in a rapidly changing geopolitical and geo-economic uncertainty. The role of scientific potential in the technological breakthrough and development of advanced development technologies in the era of «Industry 4.0», as well as the military-industrial complex as a source of «dual-use» technologies, is briefly substantiated.
