In this series microcatheters were used in only two cases (2.8%), which is comparable to some series (5.0-6.5%) [2,3,5,9], but significantly lower than other authors (45-63.6% of cases) [1,4,6]. The use of a microcatheter was necessary in one case due to a tortuous uterine artery and due to arterial spasm in another.…”
