Teachers' Conflict Management Styles With Peers and Students' Parents

Abstract: Education, in settings with globalized migrant populations, does not automatically lead to peace: for instance, Othering narratives (in interpersonal interaction or curriculum texts) may exacerbate destructive social conflict when uncontested.
