Teacher’s performance management: The role of principal’s leadership, work environment and motivation in Tegal City, Indonesia

The patient service information system at the Gisting Public Health Center, Bahasa: Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas), is the development of an existing and computerized drug inventory system. The patient service system existing at the Gisting Public Health Center does not support the recording of data so the data recording is not well organized. The purpose of this study is to create an application and implementation of a multiuser-based patient service information system. This system will provide the result of report and information needed by the patient services administration. It is hoped that this system can be used as an experienced assistant. This application helps in making decisions and operational activities as an effort to achieve the goals to be achieved by the Public Health Center. This application system analyzes the service data at the Gisting Public Health Center. This information system application development used Visual Basic 6.0 programming and for database used SQL Server 2000.

Corn is one of the economic support from the agricultural sector which has recently shown a positive impact with increasing production from year to year, it has increased to 12.49% per year and is predicted to increase. Increasing corn production has had a very positive impact on economy, reduced imports and increased exports greatly helped Indonesia in improving the economy. Therefore the government strongly supports corn farming in Indonesia so that the government and farmers are aggressively looking for superior seeds for planting, with a faster harvest period and resistance to pests, a decision support system is made to select superior corn varieties with AHP method (analytical hierarchy process). In order to facilitate farmers in selecting superior and profitable types of corn. With this decision support system, it is expected that it can help in selecting the right and accurate corn varieties according to the farmer expectation.

Designing Sale Application in Store

This paper presents designing application in store. The store still used a conventional system in which all items sold are still recorded by book and use 2-fold notes and it is recapitulated again for the report. The existing system is still possible for error, it still requires a long time during the process of finding data, as well as during the process of making report. This study aims to produce a faster, more accurate, and efficient sale transaction design application at the store. The method used in this research is by observation, interview, literature, analysis, design, program making. With this application design system is expected to help the sale transaction process in order users can process data quickly and can produce accurate information.
