Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian negara mereka sendiri, namun sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola dan melaporkan keuangan mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan pembuatan laporan keuangan berbasis digital kepada PMI dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang manajemen keuangan dan memfasilitasi pelaporan yang lebih akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada PMI tentang penggunaan aplikasi berbasis digital untuk mencatat transaksi keuangan mereka. Selain itu, mereka juga diberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya melaporkan keuangan mereka secara rutin dan akurat. Dalam proses ini, PMI diajarkan tentang konsep dasar akuntansi dan bagaimana menerapkannya dalam pencatatan keuangan pribadi mereka. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan PMI dalam mengelola dan melaporkan keuangan mereka. Mereka mampu mencatat transaksi dengan lebih terstruktur dan melaporkan keuangan mereka dengan lebih akurat, yang dapat mendukung perencanaan keuangan yang lebih baik dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih bijaksana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi PMI dan mendorong penggunaan teknologi digital sebagai alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kemandirian finansial mereka. Selain itu, pengabdian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan program lebih lanjut yang mendukung PMI dalam aspek keuangan mereka.

This study aimed to understand the role of local migrants in urban economic development. A qualitative case study approach was used to examine the characteristics and role of the social capital of migrants from Wamena in Jayapura, Indonesia. The data used in this study were collected through in-depth interviews and field observation as well as statistical data from the Central Statistics Agency of Jayapura. The results indicate that the social capital of migrants reconstructed cultural values through an intensification of multi-ethnic relations within the domestic economic system of urban areas. Wamena migrants contributed to the economic growth in urban areas because of the correlation between norms, beliefs and social networking as forms of local wisdom. Local wisdom was able to strengthen the internal and external social relations of the Wamena migrant community in various economic activities as coping and survival strategies. Specifically, the findings of this study offer an additional view to the conceptual framework of sustainable livelihoods from Robert Chambers and Gordon Conway (1991), namely that local wisdom integrated with forms of social capital can be utilized to create sustainable livelihoods. Thus, this study shows that the local migrants from Wamena have formed a community-based economic system integrated with local wisdom to maintain a livelihood in urban areas, in this case Jayapura, Indonesia.

The purpose of this research was to incorporate the Tri Dharma concept into the Regional Government's public policy, with the goal of promoting the development of the Blue Economy. A qualitative design was used in this paper, the data was more substantive categories, which were then interpreted with references, referents, and scientific references. The type of data used by secondary data researchers was in the form of documents, written text or photos related to the research. The data collection technique used by researchers included documentation, all data were then analysed descriptively qualitatively according to the model proposed by Miles and Haberman. The value of local wisdom was related to Raden Mas Said's leadership, which first required a slogan, or vision and mission in pursuing an ideal. This research concluded that the Tri Dharma concept required direct active participation of the people in the administration of regional government. These three principles then transformed into a kind of main ideology for all citizens. As a citizen, it is undoubtedly essential to have a clear understanding of yourself and to actively discover your true potential. Then, all this potential must be placed on the basis of a sense of togetherness in having regional government. The concept of Mulat sarira Hangrasa Wani is linked to the implementation of development related to the regional government's blue economy, emphasising how the government administrators and citizens are able to recognise the potential that exists in the region and the geostrategies owned by the regional government. The concept of rumangsa melu handarbeni can be applied by creating awareness of the use and control of marine potential with full responsibility. The implementation of the wajib melu hangrungkebi concept is accomplished by realising an ability to control areas in the form of oceans and at the same time prevent opponents from exploiting these areas for their interests.
