Targeting diacylglycerol kinase α impairs lung tumorigenesis by inhibiting cyclin D3

Abstract: Background Diacylglycerol kinase α (DGKA) is the first member discovered from the diacylglycerol kinase family, and it has been linked to the progression of various types of tumors.
