A disruption era is the time where something is taken from its root, namely fundamental changes that disturb the stability of a long-established system. Technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 causes changes in various aspects of life. This revolution alters conventional matters into a more advanced digital system. This article is aimed at analyzing how Islamic religious education strategies in the disruption era are prevented from any danger due to the development of time but it is still in line with the main goal of Islamic education. It was a qualitative research with the type of library research and the data were inductively and deductively analyzed. The research results showed that the Islamic religious education strategies in the disruption era are among others as follows. First, Islamic education should be able to always be responsive to the current development. It is urgent that, even at present changes occur quickly, especially in the field of Science and Technology. As a result, Islamic education should be quickly accelerated and adapted. Second, the process of Islamic education should be implemented using modern approaches. Moreover, the leadership style adopted should be transformational in nature. Leaders should be responsive to any changes, willing to accept changes and open to any inputs of ideas from its members. Third, Islamic values and noble character should be maintained since the spirits of Islamic education are character building and noble character.

Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman, persaingan hidup dalam berbagai aspek juga kian ketat, tantangan yang dihadapi pun sangat beragam, begitu pula yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan khususunya pada pendidikan Islam, namun berbagai tantangan harus dapat diantisipasi supaya pendidikan bisa dilaksanakan dan diimplementasikan sesuai dengan misi dan tujuannya. Jika suatu tantangan mampu diantisipasi dan dihadapi dengan baik, seringkali tantangan itu menjadi peluang yang sangat berdaya guna, sebaliknya jika tidak mampu dihadapi dengan baik, seringkali ia menjadi kendala yang sangat mengganggu upaya pelaksanaan dan implementasi misi dan tujuan pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, menformat ulang teori dan praktik pendidikan harus segera dilakukan dan diseimbangkan, agar pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menuai tantangan, namun juga meraih peluang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan (library research). library research juga menjadi salah satu bagian dari metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yakni buku maupun jurnal terkait peluang pedidikan Agama Islam. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan telah disimpulkan bahwa menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi pendidikan Islam salah satunya yakni dengan cara memanfaatkan peluang global,kemajuan informasi, komunikasi serta ipteknya untuk memperkuat posisi pendidikan Islam. Namun, Pendidikan Islam wajib mempertahankan sikap selektif, kritis, dan terbuka terhadap munculnya arus globalisasi sehingga peluang pendidikan Islam selalu unggul dan perhitungkan..

Motivational Factors and Barriers Towards Initiating and Maintaining Strength Training in Women: a Systematic Review and Meta-synthesis

Strength training (ST) or resistance training is important in the development and maintenance of musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health in women of all ages; however, uptake of ST amongst women is low. To improve female musculoskeletal health, it is vital that more women are encouraged to participate in ST to maintain musculoskeletal integrity. This systematic review aimed to identify motivators and barriers to women initiating and maintaining ST. Following protocol registration and systematic search, studies were included if they were primary qualitative or mixed-method studies reporting participant verbatim quotes, included adult women, and focused on motivators and barriers for ST. Searches generated 2534 articles from 3 databases, with 20 studies (N = 402 participants) meeting eligibility criteria. Participant quotes and authors’ interpretations were analysed using thematic synthesis. The most frequently observed barriers were gender-based stigmas, discouragement, and negative comments, particularly in women currently engaging in ST. Other factors associated with poor adherence included boredom, poor knowledge of ST, poor gym accessibility, lack of supervision or routine, and difficulty in balancing work and family life. Social support from friends and family, words of affirmation, and accompaniment facilitated ST, particularly in older women. Women who saw expected results such as weight loss were motivated to continue ST. Interventions aimed at increasing participation in ST amongst women should focus on the specific benefits valued by women and the dissemination of accurate information to counter misconceptions and increase knowledge. The adaptation of gym environments to make them more welcoming to women, and reduce gender-focused criticism, is especially important.
