The chronological age of a person can not provide sufficient information. We can use the dental age in panoramic radiographs to know the growth process appropriately compared to The London Atlas of the Alqahtani method. Children aged 6-12 years have various factors that can affect the velocity in tooth growth and development, such as male and female. This study aims to determine the chronological patient's age differences with dental age based on the Alqahtani method on a panoramic radiograph at Unjani Dental and Oral Education Hospital. This type of research is Analytical Observational with the Cross-Sectional Study method. Research subjects were obtained from all medical records panoramic radiographs with 72 panoramic radiographs aged 6-12 years, divided into 36 male patients and 36 female patients. Differences in chronological age with dental age were analyzed statistically using the Mann-Whitney test and Wilcoxon test, previously tested for the normality using Kolmogorov- Smirnov. The results showed a significant difference between chronological age and dental age by gender and in all patients at the Unjani Dental and Oral Education Hospital (p<0,05). Based on the analysis of the data obtained, all patients in RSGMP Unjani aged 6-12 years have different dental developmental growth processes, and the dental development growth of female patients was faster than male patients. It can be concluded that the dental age is not always comparable with chronological age because of various factors such as gender, genetics and environment, which can affect the dental age.

Kesehatan reproduksi adalah masalah penting yang harus diketahui sejak masih remaja. Pengetahuan remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi masih sangat minim. Banyak kehamilan di luar nikah sehingga remaja yang putus sekolah makin bertambah. Oleh karena itu, pada kesempatan ini diadakan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa-siswi SMPN 3 Petang Bali. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksinya sehingga mereka bisa merawat kesehatan reproduksinya dengan baik. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 216 siswa-siswi. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini mendapatkan sambutan yang baik dari guru dan siswa. Pada akhir penyuluhan dilakukan pengucapan janji remaja secara bersama-sama oleh semua siswa. Harapan di masa mendatang adalah tim guru dan siswa secara bersama-sama terus melanjutkan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi secara rutin. Siswa-siswi memiliki cita-cita yang baik dan selalu teguh memegang janji remaja mereka.

It is very important to treat dysmenorrhea, especially in teenagers, because if it is not treated it will affect the teenagers' own activities. The impact that arises from dysmenorrhea is the feeling of discomfort that women feel every time they menstruate, problems with the reproductive system can arise. To find out the comparison of the effectiveness of consuming red ginger boiled water and coconut water on the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in young women at MTS Almarfuiyah in 2023. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. This activity is carried out on young women who experience dysmenorrhea. In this study, the sample consisted of 2 people, where 1 sample used the intervention of consuming red ginger boiled water and 1 sample used green coconut water. The research instrument used to collect data is the data collection tool in this research using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) observation sheet. The study used univariate analysis to describe the comparison of the effectiveness of consuming red ginger boiled water and a mixture of coconut water on the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in young women at MTS Almarfuiyah in 2023. Based on the results of these two observations, it is known that consumption of red ginger boiled water is more effective in reducing pain levels. Dysmenorrhea is seen from 3 days of intervention from scale 7 down to scale 4 and up to scale 1, while for consumption of green coconut water seen from 3 days of intervention from scale 7 down to scale 5 and up to scale 2. Midwives can collaborate with the school to register data on female students who experience dysmenorrhea to obtain information on how to reduce pain.
