With the in-depth study of architectural planning in China, more and more designers and developers are aware of the superiority of the use of technological robots to improve the speed and quality of construction, weakening past experience and based on real-world research through modern technology. However, the application of this method in the predesign work is not mature. To be specific, designers may lack expertise due to the overly detailed division of labor. In addition, the developer’s blind pursuit of profitability leads to inaccurate market positioning and forecasting. At the same time, the lack of effective communication between designers and developers, architects and owners makes the predesign work ineffective and does not provide reasonable and accurate guidance for the building design. Therefore, the predesign work requires the designer to analyze and select the site reasonably. In addition, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the target customers. At the same time, it is necessary to accurately position and predict the dynamic market, and then to have a thorough understanding of the norms and regulations. As a result, the predesign work enables the design to be analyzed in the context of the actual situation. Then, according to the data and information from various aspects, effective planning and argumentation are carried out, and corresponding decisions are made to provide guidance for the design. Overall, predesign is a process of rational planning of the design process. In fact, in the process of landscape design innovation, it is necessary to fully consider the requirements of the intelligent era. Therefore, multimedia and advanced robotics can continuously enhance the interaction and experience of urban landscape to make it integrate into the intelligent system of the future city. In other words, multimedia technology can enhance the new image of the city in an intelligent, digital, and humanized interactive experience. Especially in the landscape design process, the advent of computers has enabled landscape designers to use relevant design software to design their own works, thus giving them unlimited design possibilities. Virtual reality technology, as a form of computer technology, provides designers with a new creative experience in the design phase of a landscape project. To be specific, this technology allows designers to freely grasp the design space and scientifically compare the differences between design options to make the design more reasonable and complete. Therefore, this paper analyzes the differences in the general environment and concepts of 3D software virtual reality technology, starting from the characteristics of the application of 3D technology as an entry point. At the same time, this study uses the similarities and differences in technology to discover the vital role of using virtual reality technology to reconstruct the space and the impact of robots on modern architecture.

Urban landscape design is of great significance to the development of the city. To solve the problem of manual acquisition characteristics of urban landscape design systems and low target detection accuracy, a new idea based on neural network and multi-objective testing technology construction urban landscape design system is proposed. By analyzing key technologies, the database establishment proposes to build a city landscape design system. Establish a city landscape design 3D model library using neural network and multi-objective testing technology. The system enables terrain measurements, GIS, visualization, massive data processing, virtual reality technology, etc., so that users can more and more effectively feel the rationality of space design and the feasibility of planning program. Through the experimental test, the following conclusions were obtained. First, the accuracy of multi-objective detection technology is maintained at around 88%. Second, the system landscape generation module generates fast, and the calculation time is between 0.57 and 46 s. Third, through analysis of the evaluation results of ecological suitability, the A-city landscape ecological function partition is divided into the plan for the plan to provide reliable data protection. The fourth is based on satisfaction evaluation indicators, which is conducive to the choice of the optimal plan of urban landscape design, thereby promoting the sustainable development of the city.

Studio studies can easily be defined as the cornerstone of the discipline in departments giving architectural education. Although the educational process differs in educational institutions and among the educators, its main purpose is always to give the best experience on design process to the students and to bring together different space designs and functions with certain criteria. Although it is often stated to the contrary, it is generally difficult to get the necessary support from the social sciences in studio work. For students, considering the design with sociological data and creating a concept can be perceived as a waste of time, since the user experience cannot be observed in a project that will not be implemented in the real life and it will often create differences that cannot be measured. Dealing with form, color, and material instead can help impress teachers and other students in the studio much more easily. Students often act pragmatically and choose the method that promises them a higher score in a shorter way, as creating a charming product in studio will seem more powerful while a deep research on the sociologic and ecologic background cannot reflect themselves easily on a render. Although very different user profiles were determined for the same area at the beginning of the design process, it may cause that the resulting products cannot create enough characteristic differences in the end. The aim of this research is to examine whether the projects differ in terms of functionality regarding their different user profiles determined by the students, based on the studio work of Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Landscape Architecture within the scope of Environmental Design and Project II course. As a result of the examination, it has been determined that although the designer and customer profile are different, the morphological differences in designs are not perceived very easily, which means the methodology in the studios should be examined again.
