Synthetic and Spectroscopic Investigations of Some Transition Metal Complexes of Hydroxy-Oxime Ligand

Abstract: In a recent contribution, we examined different physicochemical properties of transition metal complexes containing the oxime group, in particular, metal complexes of Schiff bases of the diacetyloxime. 1,2 In the present work, we report the synthesis and spectroscopic studies of the cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II) and manganese(II) complexes of N,N-diacetyloximo-1,3diamino-2-hydroxypropane.
