Synthesis, ribosomal selectivity, and antibacterial activity of netilmicin 4′-derivatives

Abstract: We describe the synthesis and evaluation of 4′-subsituted netilmicin derivatives by selective functionalization at the 4′-position of the endocyclic enolether function.
