Synthesis of water-soluble ionic terpolymers by inverse microemulsion and solution polymerization methods

Abstract: Terpolymers based on acrylamide, N-vinylpyrrolidone and (vinylbenzyl)trimethylammonium chloride (VBTA) were synthesized using inverse microemulsion and solution methods. The microemulsion promoted the incorporation of VBTA in the terpolymer structure.
