Abstract: Purpose. To synthesize new isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione derivatives by molecular hybridization of gabapentin and pregabalin with phthalic anhydride derivatives and to evaluate their biological activity as promising antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anticancer agents.
