“…Schiff base complexes with imines have deserved much attention, probably because of their ability to intercalate between the bases of DNA and to participate in catalytic cycles with usual reducing and oxidizing agents in biological medium and Cu(II) is also involved in the causation and cure of cancer [11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16].
