Synthesis, Characterization and Anticancer Activity of Novel N-(Sugar Pyranosyl) Thienopyrimidine 4-Amine Derivatives

Abstract: A novel N-(sugar pyranosyl) thienopyrimidine 4-amine derivatives were synthesized. These derivatives were identified on the basis of melting point range, Rf values, IR and 1 H NMR spectral analysis. The derivatives were screened for anticancer activity. The derivatives exhibited significant to moderate anticancer activity.
