Synthesis and Research of Superhydrophobic, Anti-Icing Hybrid Coatins

Abstract: An approach to the formation of anti-icing nanostructured coatings for use on metal to protect against freezing and corrosion of various metal structures was presented in this work. A method for preparing superhydrophobic coatings using the sol-gel compositions with fluorinated dialkoxysilanes and hydrophobized filler was developed.
