Synthesis and in vitro antimicrobial evaluation of penta-substituted pyridine derivatives bearing the quinoline nucleus

Abstract: A new series of penta-substituted pyridine derivatives bearing the quinoline nucleus have been synthesized by base-catalyzed cyclocondensation reaction through multi-component reaction (MCR) approach.
