“…We therefore consider the candidate Taurus members reported by Wichmann et al (1996), which were selected from a compilation of optical counterparts of X-ray sources from the ROSAT All-Sky Survey (Neuhauser et al 1995a), as well as 12 candidate Taurus members reported in a wider ROSAT survey by Li & Hu (1998) Neuhauser et al (1995b), and instead defer an even wider search until the population within our existing search area is determined more robustly. We also include 2 sources of uncertain membership reported by Scelsi et al (2008) as part of the XEST survey using XMM/Newton.…”
