Synthesis and coronary vasodilating activity of 1-aminopyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines with fused tetrahydropyran (-thiopyran) and piperidine rings

Abstract: Methods for the synthesis of 6,6-substituted 1-aminopyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines with fused tetrahydropyran (-thiopyran) and pyridine rings have been developed on the basis of condensed 2-chloropyridine derivatives.
