“…The chitosan dextran sulfate NRG nanoparticles were spherical in shape, and their cytotoxic effects on breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) were evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay after 24 h incubation.
