Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of 3-Substituted-4-[2'-(4"isobutylphenyl)propionamido]-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles and Their Derivatives.-A variety of the title 5-mercaptotriazoles (III) (15 examples) are synthesized and converted into S-alkyl derivatives (V) and triazolothiadiazoles (VI).
