Synthesis and Anti-Acetylcholinesterase Activity of N-[(indolyl)ethyl)-coumarin-yloxy)]Alkanamides

Abstract: Novel coumarin–tryptamine systems attached through a linker were synthesised and evaluated in vitro against acetylcholinesterase by the classical Ellman's test.
