Synchronic use of protein and carbohydrate sources for improved growth performance in Jundiá

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of different combinations of protein and carbohydrates on growth performance, body composition, blood and liver biochemical parameters, and intestinal enzyme activities of Rhamdia quelen.
