The article considers the model of the capital investment distribution plan, which takes into account various factors, and also defines criteria for its selection. The presented capital investment plan will be called the basic plan. In addition to the basic plan, other capital investment distribution plans are possible, bringing all sectors of the economy to a standard state. The authors solve the problem of harmonious development of the economic sector and maximum smoothing of existing imbalances. Variables for determining the quantitative state of economic sectors determined for a long planning period are considered. Economically, the task can be formulated as follows: it is necessary to obtain such a distribution of capital investments that would stimulate a reduction in the disproportion in the development of economic sectors. As a result, the task boils down to finding the optimal capital investment distribution plan among all acceptable capital investment distribution plans. The developed model of the capital investment distribution plan can be used in the real sector of the economy.

This article discusses a mathematical model for the implementation of pharmacological products using Blockchain technology. In addition, the current problems of the shadow drug market (corruption, resale) are analyzed and practical solutions are given to eliminate them. Blockchain technology, due to its decentralization, is one of the best solutions today. This is due to confidentiality, the immutability of the hash function, the speed of transactions within the technology. The integration of the hybrid Blockchain will allow using distributed registries more deeply -entering data into the Blockchain about transportation, about the conditions of logistics activities, about expiration dates, etc. Tracking can be done using marking matrix codes (Data Matrix), which are now implemented by the Information Monitoring System drug movement. The operator is the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CDAT), which is already using Blockchain technologies to compile marking codes. In addition, the article presents a schematic representation of the industrial sale of medicines using Blockchain technology. The strengths of its introduction into the sales structure are shown. All this distinguishes Blockchain technology from other current trends.

One of the forecasting tools in geopolitics is mathematical models. In this article, we have presented our own spatial model of geopolitical interactions. The model is based on the models of the geopolitical of the geopolitical position of Arzruni-Komlas and the meta-ethnic borderland of P. Turchin. For empirical verification of the proposed modifications, spatial data describing various properties of the planet Earth were collected and processed. These data include information about the relief of the Earth's surface, temperature, soil fertility capacity, degree of urbanization, land and sea surfaces, political affiliation. The results of modeling these geopolitical interactions on the example of a map of Europe with the inclusion of a part of North Africa have a very average nature of approximation to historical reality. Over the course of several hundred iterations, we managed to get very conditionally closer to the outlines of the political borders in this region. Obtaining more accurate results requires a better selection of model parameters and its possible refinement. The spatial model of geopolitical interactions we have built has proved to be quite workable. The model clearly demonstrated the influence of geographical and climatic data on the territorial distribution of the borders of state agencies. Due to the complexity and non-linearity of the considered problem of territorial dynamics of each particular state, it is difficult to assume how the position of borders will change in reality.
