Judicial decisions must have legal implications for relevant parties. PMK No. 2/PUU-XIX/2021 remains debatable between creditors and debtors because it seemingly weakens the protection of creditors' rights. Creditors cannot immediately carry out enforcement procedures that cut off the creditor's business flow because the position of the subject of fiduciary obligations is in the debtor's control, making it possible for disputes between debtors and creditors. This normative legal research was conducted using a philosophical, juridical approach covering statutory policies, conceptual and case approaches. PMK No. 2/PUU-XIX/2021 does not regulate creditor legal provisions in enforcing fiduciary securities, making it difficult for creditors to execute them. The Constitutional Court should decide to guarantee justice for all parties and provide a decision with clear content and sentence structure, so multiple interpretations will not occur. The execution of fiduciary securities during the Covid-19 pandemic should not be immediately carried out because the creditor had to follow the predetermined procedures.

Grafikprocessorer (eng. Graphics Processing Units eller GPUer) är ursprungligen hårdvaruplattformar för att accelerera återgivning av grafik på exempelvis datorskärmar. Över tid har GPUer blivit allt bättre på att processa bilddata, både i termer av hastighet och bildstorlek, samtidigt som deras strömförbrukning har minskat. Dessa egenskaper har gjort GPUer attraktiva att använda i olika domäner för att snabba upp beräkningar och databehandling även på andra typer av data än bilder. Tillämpningar där GPUer används för andra syften än att generera grafik brukar benämnas GPGPU på engelska (för general-purpose computing on graphics processing unit). GPGPU används idag inom en rad olika domäner, exempelvis i flygelektronik, i bilar, och t.o.m. inom vården. Dessa nya användningsområden medför dock nya krav på hård-och mjukvara när det gäller exempelvis prestanda och säkerhet. I den här avhandlingen föreslår vi lösningar för att hantera sådana krav. Vi presenterar olika programvaruverktyg och tekniker för att analysera mjukvara för GPGPU, och visar hur våra föreslagna lösningar kan användas för att upptäcka prestandamässiga flaskhalsar. Vi visar också hur olika egenskaper hos sådan GPGPU-mjukvara kan mätas, för att hantera olika typer av säkerhetsproblem.

Slightly Off-Axis Digital Holography Using a Transmission Grating and GPU-Accelerated Parallel Phase Reconstruction

Slightly off-axis digital holography is proposed using transmission grating to obtain quantitative phase distribution. The experimental device is based on an improved 4f optical system in which a two-window input plane is used to form the object beam and reference beam. Then, the two beams are diffracted into multiple orders by the transmission grating placed at the Fourier plane. By applying a modified Michelson configuration, the interference patterns can be generated by the object and reference beams from different diffraction orders. After translating the grating, a random phase shift can be introduced to the hologram. To demonstrate the feasibility of our method, both thick and thin phase specimens are retrieved using two carrier phase-shifting holograms. Furthermore, we use the phase reconstruction algorithm based on the NVIDIA CUDA programming model to reduce the retrieval time. Meanwhile, we optimize the discrete cosine transform (DCT)-based least-squares unwrapping algorithm to unwrap the phase. By porting the entire phase reconstruction process to the graphics processing unit (GPU), the phase retrieval acceleration and execution efficiency significantly improve. To demonstrate the feasibility of our method, it is found that our method can measure the surface profiles of standard elements, such as a plano-convex cylinder lens and a microlens array, with a relative error of about 0.5%. For holograms with a different phase shift, the root-mean-square (RMS) value of the phase difference for the main imaging region is about 0.2 rad. By accelerating the phase reconstruction with GPU implementation, a speedup ratio of about 20× for the thick phase specimen and a speedup ratio of about 15× for the thin-phase specimen can be obtained for holograms with a pixel size of 1024 × 1024.
